• 24 hr emergency dispatch
• 100% guarantee of workmanship and if not completely satisfied we “do” not expect payment
• Live phone operator M-F between 9-4 pm
• Licensed, Bonded and Insured
• HOA violations clean ups within 48 hrs.
• Remodels of bank owned homes that previous owners have left to dissipate

 

CUSTOM MAINTENANCE SERVICES

• Desert Green will custom design and maintenance schedule with property management to conform with property’s special needs.
• Waterfalls and fountains maintained
• Large shrubs and tree manicure service
• All special landscaping requests not included in maintenance package
